Department of Education

The Education Department has been an integral part of Bamundi Mahavidyalaya since its establishment. The department got permission from Gauhati University in the session 1998-99 and received government concurrence on May 4, 2005. With the introduction of the Major course in Education in the 2011-12 academic session, students have been able to specialize in educational theories, pedagogy, and child development studies.

Programme Offered: BA Semester Programme under Gauhati University, including both Major and General Courses (3 years, 6 semesters).
