To prevent any kind of sexual harassment within the campus.
To provide a safe, secure, and gender-neutral environment for all.
To create awareness and sensitize the campus community about gender equality and legal rights.
To address grievances promptly and confidentially.
To ensure justice and fair treatment for complainants and respondents alike.

Reporting and Redressal

The POSH Cell ensures a confidential and supportive mechanism for reporting incidents of sexual harassment. Students and staff can approach any committee member directly or send a written complaint to the cell. The cell follows a structured redressal process in accordance with institutional and legal frameworks.
